It is so good I can't stop talking about it to my friends
So I will say it is 5 star 👌👍
The combination of the scientific, medical and spiritual dimensions of responding to chronic pain and the value of hope in living positively with such pain. It also contains a series of practical physiotherapy exercises that could assist the reader.
