Pacidose is a baby medicine syringe with a soft pacifier-like nipple with a tiny tube down the center. The baby medicine is pushed through the pacifier nipple with a standard hospital-grade syringe. The medicine Bypasses the tastebuds and your child gets the whole dose, fuss-free. Invented by a doctor, and used in homes and hospitals. Any standard oral Syringe will attach, meaning you can give 1 ml or 10 ml of medicine to your child. Works great even for kids who don't use pacifiers, because pacidose is more baby-friendly than a hard oral Syringe or cup.

I can also use with most syringes not limited to the one included.
Been using it for 4 months now. Wish I had this from birth as I had an unwell baby. I will buy this for every baby shower I am invited to going forward.

I washed all the pieces as soon as I received them yesterday and noticed that the markings on the pacifier syringe were a light beige and very hard to read. However, this didn't concern me too much as I had also purchased a box of 100 sterile oral syringes with clear markings that I planned to use with the pacifier.
This morning I looked to see that the nipple of the pacifier was full of water, which took a bit to get most of it out. I smelled it to confirm that there was no dish soap trapped and then left it to dry more, partially satisfied that it would be ready when I was ready to use it. A couple of hours later, my baby was on my chest screaming and needing some gripe water. I filled a third party oral syringe with gripe water and tried to insert it into the pacifier. However, it didn't snug in and I realized immediately that the third party syringes were not going to work with this pacifier. This was annoying but not the pacifier's fault; I figured then that I could at least fill the third party syringe and then insert the medicine into the pacifier syringe to use with the pacifier. However, I quickly learned another lesson - you cannot insert liquid into the pacifier syringe when it is attached to the nipple because the liquid immediately starts flowing through the nipple. The ONLY way this syringe works is if you pull the medicine directly into it, which again is not going to work for us because the markings are incredibly difficult to read.
All of this happened in under less than a minute but I wasted 2 doses of gripe water, with my screaming daughter on my chest, before tossing the whole setup in the trash and giving her the gripe water with one of the third-party dosers alone.

we have a 4mo old with severe GERD (reflux), who has been taking medication since he was 2mos old.. trying to shoot a dissolvable pill into a 2-mo-old’s mouth was awful- it always ended in tears, usually with him spitting out the majority of his medicine.. the Pacidose changed everything- he actually likes taking his meds now, and will even hold the syringe with a smile on his face, while we shoot the medicine into his mouth. I was worried this wouldn't be able to handle the small pill particles, but it does the job wonderfully! We also use it for Tylenol doses, and he takes it, no problem!
Thank you for making a product that actually works, helping to ease the stress of a parent with a child who has medical issues! The fact these come with both sizes of pacifiers is awesome, meaning we can continue using it, even as he gets bigger!
So easy to use, but not super easy to clean. I don’t know if it’s dishwasher-safe, but I’d play it safe as the printed measurements on similar products have a tendency to come off when put the the dishwasher, and when it comes to infants you want to make sure the dosing is correct.
