1.0 out of 5 stars Poorly written with awful grammar and contains affiliate links!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 August 2021
I was barely 6 minutes into the first chapter when I turned the page and was greeted with a product link for something to help me feel calm. Is this a book or a blog ? Are these ads something the author enables or is it something Amazon have started sneaking in? Either way, it's not cool.

The first chapter started off with this weird and confusing explanation of "what causes anxiety" where the author uses an example of someone worrying about their brother "skiing into a tree with a bomb" , seriously ? A bomb? The author then starts another page with "Extra Tips" , but there were absolutely NO TIPS OR ADVICE on the previous page, just weird confusing anecdotes. Extra Tips? More like confusing nonsense.

If I had paid for this book I'd be asking for a refund and compensation right now.

Just because it's FREE does not mean you should download it, this book is poorly written and feels like it was put together in an evening over a bottle of wine and space cookies! This is not a professional author, in my honest opinion.
