Oh my gosh that was such a wonderful story thank you. I couldn’t put it down. The suspense was numbing but so worth it as the story unfolded. The hea was amazing I really loved it. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
A really lovely conclusion to the series. Rachael Johns writes in a realistic way, but with intelligence that some lack. While the story is not really believable in retrospect, you absolutely believe in it while reading the book. The characters are flawed, yet good, and this is a lovely tale of how people can choose to take on adversity. Life is hard sometimes, and Johns doesn't shy from that, but rather approaches it with some elbow grease and a positive attitude. As a West Australian now living on a Victorian farm I think Johns has captured both country and coastal WA life beautifully. I would recommend this whole series.
A most enjoyable Australian book. Having lived in Geraldon for a few years it was easy to picture the the story as I was reading it. Outback Ghosts depicts the loneliness and isolation that can come with grief but also the strength and support of small rural farming communities.
