Product description

Review

'Gans analyses the case in depth and incorporates many other cases where juror misconduct has also occurred. What I really enjoyed was his ability to consider the situation from a number of hypothetical perspectives to further analyse the conduct of juries and jury members... he highlights a number of the issues which currently still exist in the jury system'-- Academic Traveller.

'An excellent read - both for the layperson with little or no knowledge of the courtroom and the more experienced professional as it provides a different window through which we see our system'-- Bob Turney.

'Very interesting and amusing'-- Ronald Bartle.

As featured on abc.net.au and in the ABC podcast Jurors Behaving Badly.
