A fab kid's book, beautifully illustrated, that looks at a serious issue in a lighthearted way

This beautiful book is part of The Rubbish Rebellion series for children. Highlighting the impact of littering on wildlife and nature, this series is a set of great stories, beautifully illustrated by Daniela Frongia. I loved this book and would highly recommend it to any parent to read with their children as a great way to highlight our impact on nature whilst enjoying a fantastic tale together too.

Another fabulous installment from this author and the importance of picking up your litter to throw it away properly. An amazing message for little one's and the illustrations are beautiful.

Otto’s (otter) pond was muddy & full of all kinds of litter & rubble.
He was covered in goo.
How could he help the crusty shelled clam?
How could he help the blind as a bat bristle nosed rat?
How about the wiry old snake?
Will Otto be able to help others?
A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written children’s otter book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s otter learning movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.

Great introduction to kids about conservation

My kids and I frequent a Wetland Centre in Sri Lanka and we really enjoy the experience. The next session is on the Sri Lankan Otters so I thought this book would be great. It doesn't teach a lot about the animal itself, but the lesson is a general one on conservation. Which is also useful. We need the "I can make a difference" attitude in our younger generation since they have a lot of work to do in the future!

This is a wonderful rhyming book about a helpful otter. He teaches the hazards and harmful effects to littering and discarding garbage into our planet's waters. Great teachable lesson and wonderful pictures. Every parent and grandparent should read his book to their children and grandchildren
