Easy to understand and follow, there are many "aha" moments throughout the book as you come to realise WHY things are important to you, and what you need to focus on to achieve your goals.
This book is a great guide putting all the missing pieces of the puzzle together and showing where to focus and who can help.

There is a lot written about financial advise and more and more about financial planning. A lot of what is written tends to be a lot touchy feely stuff followed by a chapter on the technical detail stuck right at the end. In many cases the message tends to get lost, especially for people that just want to learn more about how they manage their finances.
This is not the case with Carl. He manages to put across a clear case for how people should be thinking about money and breaks up the commentary with those wonderful sketches that just make you smile as you get the message contained with in them.
I should say at this point that I am a financial planner so I am literally saturated with material on the topic. I read everything that Carl publishes and share a lot of it with clients. The mundane and technical aspects of finance just seem a lot easier to handle in the way he explains it.
Great stuff. Cant wait to read the next one.
