I highly recommend this book to help understand why overweight and obesity has become such a challenge. It is easy to read, the science is clear to the unscientific person and gives a path to follow to break the insulin cycle. As well it is backed by research.
After a life time of battling obesity and failing despite my best efforts, this book sheds light on how trusted nutritional advise was actually making me fat! I've already started fasting and changing diet and I'm feeling great and the weight just drops off.
