Only annoyance was that I didn't have a pesto recipe in there that was supposed to be. Perhaps I got an earlier unproved copy from amazon. Otherwise the instructions are spot on and very easy and clear to follow.
I lost 4-5 ibs in 10 days which is pretty healthy. Hopefully more to follow!
Pros: Delicious recipes, lovely pictures and good dietary tips from someone who really seems to know what they're talking about. Batch cooking instructions at the beginning for some of the meals, which is really handy. Noticable changes in general feelings of wellbeing and also weight/shape after quite a short period of time. Honestly, I felt great afterwards. If you need a health reboot, this is fab.
Cons: The shopping list comes to an astronomical amount. I took time off work to do it and I don't think I'd have managed if I hadn't (but if you're super organised as a person you should be fine).
