This is a Canadian product and will not play on my new Samsung Blue Ray player or my new Sony DVD all-region player. It comes up with an error message saying it is Region A only. I am not sure what region A is, but it is clearly not suitable for the UK. Do not buy this product for UK use.
I loved the novel The Time Traveler's Wife. I didn't think it could be turned into a decent movie, but it was. It leaves a lot of the story out, which is inevitable, but it does capture the main events and atmosphere of the book. I never read The Notebook, but really enjoyed the movie based on it. The acting is superb, the characters very likeable, and, even though I saw the ending coming very early on, I still loved it. These are both love stories, which I usually find boring -- you've seen one, you've seen them all--but I did enjoy these two. Getting the two of them together was perfect. There are no 'extras' on these disks, but who needs those anyway?

I enjoyed this Rachel McAdams double flick. Picture and sound were outstanding! Only the movies on this blu-ray, with no special features what so ever (which was fine with me, just thought others might want to know this). Disc, Packaging and Shipment superb! Great price as well. Thank you!
