Praise for NOOSE:

" ... I loved this book. Dark, dangerous, sexy as hell and all about MC life... the author has a great writing style, the characters come to life...and once you are drawn in....there's no going back....just forward for more! Highly recommended..." - Cynseer Booklover

" ... This is a great series. I'll buy all of them. I wouldn't mind having one of them for my boyfriend..." - catherine rozitski

" ... Great ride. It's interesting in a "love at first sight " or more accurately lust at first sight. It's a short read but really gets involved in the characters lives. Helps you forget about your life for a whole and live in the moment of first discovery..." - Lori

A smorgasbord of sweet butts, one for every taste.

Noose has a sweet tooth that won't quit, and a clubwhore to suit his every need.
Being a part of the Road Kill Motorcycle Club isn't a hard choice for Noose. A former Navy Seal and expert knotter, he's seen realtime choices--in circumstances most never do.

It's killing road. Women and freedom are the benefits of being a one percenter.

Until Rose Christo comes along and slams the brakes on his outlaw existence.

Rose Christo knows death.

Murder stole her sister, and gave her a son that's not hers.
Love doesn't come in neat packages; it comes in the form of a five-year-old boy.
Love is packaged in a man that tears out her heart with a brutal sexuality that strips Rose of her most sacred vow.

Never count on a man.

Never love.

When her sister's murderer comes calling, demanding his property, who does Rose trust?

Warning: This book is novella length, app. 85 pages/21K words, with a steep cliffy that will end with an awesome HEA.

When I read that Marata Eros was writing a MC story I just about FLATLINED caz I knew with every fibre it was going to be SEXY as hell and amazing to boot.

So having such high expectations I was NOT AT ALL disappointed, in fact I was even more rewarded with a story I could not put down or even fault.

I love how Marata Eros grows with each story she writes. No two characters are ever the same and no storyline ever is the same. I LOVE THIS!!! I know I am always going to get an amazing story with all the extra trimmings.

Noose is Hard and freaking HOT as hell and boy do I want a piece.

Rose is sweet and sexy and amazingly real. I loved her strength and sacrifices.

The chemistry between the two is severely dynamic and extremely freaking HOTT!!!!

The story is action packed edge of your freaking seat white knuckled OH MY GOD!!!!

All up I NEED more and I WANT IT!!!! As soon as I can!!!.

It's the road. The bike. And the women. Not always in that order. Then I see her, and time slows to a crawl. WHOA!! Talk about being tied up in KNOTS! Even though this is not the usual book I would read - I mean come on! There is not a vampire or shifter to be had!! - I did read it and I LOVED IT!! I first read the sample of the story that is available through the "look inside" feature and was caught in its NOOSE immediately!! It is a gritty story complete with bikers, one percenters & everything that goes with them. Then there is Rose. Ah, Rose. Whether she realizes it or KNOT, whether HE realizes or KNOT, Noose definitely has a thorn in his cut for (& from) Rose! I was so enthralled with this story, eagerly & impatiently wanting to keep reading, to find out what happens after that "sample" left me hanging! I felt consumed, not knowing where I ended or the book started! Completely hypnotised by the Bad Boy Biker and the - his - delicate flower... With it being told in first person, it not only enriches the stories, but it gives the story this depth too, ensuring that I am roped in & and held in its noose way past the end of the series! To be honest, I haven’t read too many biker books, so I am not very familiar with the lifestyle and everything else that goes with them, so this was definitely a book out of my “paranormal comfort zone”! However, I found that I LOVED being outside of said comfort zone! But that can all be attributed to Marata! I love Marata/Tamara's writing style, with the darker tones, they are most often raw, edgy, gritty and naughty in all the right ways, so much so that I am instantly held rapt in her spell. However it is not all tough biker stuff, there is humor, hot & naughty moments, cheerful & heartwarming moments, and so much more.Read more ›

1.0 out of 5 stars Another flat novella 19 August 2016

I liked the concept of the story but not the main female lead.I like a good mc series and I think this one has just need to get rid of rose.noose seemed like a protective alpha with a touch of sweet..rose is in a lot of trouble.the father of her nephew murdered her sister.because of a corrupt judge he got away with it.rose is raising her nephew.rose knows that the bad guy is out to get her.her solution is to go jogging by can imagine what happens next.after almost getting raped she runs into noose.instead of telling him the truth of the danger she is in she takes off with him.I won't spoil what happens next but the story didn't make a lot is sense.noose was offering to help her.he had the power to do so but she remained silent.the story is a series of novellas so don't expect to only buy one have to buy several.I won't be. I'm done.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great - if you like abrupt endings! 5 March 2016

Again, love how Marata Eros writes, and seems to draw us into the drama of the Road Kill MC and members.

Noose and Rose couldn't be any more different people if they tried, but the chemistry between them is explosive, and all the circumstances surrounding each of them make a great story.

What I don't like is Ms. Eros leaving each novella, book, etc. hanging like an outlaw from a tree branch! I can't state how much I hate that. Instead writing a little here and a little there, combine into one book that actually has an ending. While in Noose I got interested in the additional Token series, same thing applies - read, abrupt end, read, abrupt end, read, abrupt end, and now discover there are 9, count 'em NINE parts to the Token series that range in price from $2.99 to $3.99. For all those abrupt beginning novellas, how about combining more together instead of hanging us to buy more?

Ms. Eros is can be a great storyteller - just a little more of that, and less hanging endings!

3.0 out of 5 stars Wish this had not just been a teaser...had potential 31 May 2016

It was free and now I know why. Incomplete short story with a naughty typical start that was like many raunchy biker books but then took a turn to a semi-sweet/semi-sour drama of a woman who is in way over her head between the bad guy who murdered her sister and the "other" bad guy who wants to help her.
Would have been better if the characters had been more fleshed out and it didn't end abruptly like it did...just a teaser basically.

3.0 out of 5 stars Noose ties X3 25 July 2016

“I’ve got the girl disease. Low self –esteem. We give it to each other. It’s a thing.

First we meet Rose. She’s raising her murdered sister’s son Charlie. She’s protecting him from his mother’s murder his father. He’s a biker from the diablo MC and he wants his son back. He will do anything to make it happen including hurting Rose.

“I don't even know his name. He could be a murderer. But my heart says no.

Enter Noose he’s never wanted an old lady. He was content with the sweet butts. That was until, Rose he tasted Rose.

“How you feeling?”
Now that you’re here. Wet.

This was a decent read but such a disappointment that the author chose to attempt the follow the popular path of serial publishing, taking a full book and breaking it down, publishing only a few chapters. I’ll never understand why authors opts for this option as it doesn’t allow the reader to get an accurate feel for the book. However, Eros did a good job showing the jerk side of a bad boy falling in insta love.

It has many redeeming qualities. The characters were likable at best neutral at worst. The writing was much better than expected. I developed an interest that withstood to the end. The plot was nice, somewhat original or had its own unique flair. The writing was good, and the pretense wasn’t half bad, the romance was simmering with few exceptions. The male/female lead showed hints of abuse both verbal and physical, or signs of spot on or forced chemistry. It was a tiny bit predictable. Overall, liked it enough, entertaining.
1.0 out of 5 stars Could NOT Finish 14 May 2017

This book started out vulgar; I thought maybe I could tolerate it, but it kept getting worse. I'm not a prude, by any means, but if this were a movie, it would have to be X-rated simply due to language. But besides the language, there was really no character development, no plot that I could discern either. If it were simply the language issue, I could deal wit it, but all combined, it made reading this impossible. It seems this was just written so that the writer could get away with using trashy language.
