Billionaires with benefits...
Carmen Lowell meets the perfect guy at the worst possible moment. She's just penned a pair of billion-dollar contracts. Her promotion will devour what little time she has for a personal life.
But Mark Rhodes is powerful temptation. Handsome, smart and definitely not interested in her money, he's the only man she's ever met who's hot enough to make her think twice.
Thrown together by a slight disaster, they strike a bargain to stop saying no, and come together for The Nights of Yes.

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing....where's all the good stuff??? 7 January 2014

As a fan of the Fantasy Heights series, I had high hopes for this new book from Meg Silver. It was a real let down and I would be reluctant to purchase anything of hers again if this is the standard. Yes the story was interesting, but if I want interesting stories, I can read a number of other authors. Where was the juicy stuff?? Let's face it, that's the reason we all buy her stuff. I could have done without the whole drama of the relationship....JUST GET TO THE SEX!!!

Was really disappointed in this book, she usually has some good stories but I didn't care for this one at all.
4.0 out of 5 stars Disclaimer! Was given a PDF file to read and review. Also I am not one to give away the story plot in my reviews. 20 December 2013

I am already a fan of Meg Silver having read her Help Wanted series. Quite often it's difficult to make a mental shift from a series that you love, to start over on something new from the same author. Am sometimes people can be disappointed expecting the same kind of thing in the new next out not series related book. How ever I kept this in mind when starting this new book.

Overall, as an author, I find Meg Silver's writing to be intelligent, well constructed and always with a great depth to both characters and plot. I was not disappointed.
From the 1st page I was sucked in. The story was nothing what I expected it to be. Yes there is the synopsis, so you get your preconceived idea, but Meg delivered a well rounded thought out story that took you away from what you expected. With lots and lots of twists from the get go. With the main build for the bonding coming from an unexpected event (especially for the reader) there are wonderful under current builds for the bonding of our love interests which add to the depth of the complicated relationship.

Not only are most of the characters likable, the relationship dynamics between them are interesting. Which in turn makes you wander what if...
And all the little sub plots can absolutely lead to something bigger that make you want there to be a second book. I found my self smiling, wanting to cheer "Go Team No"! And downright sizzling at the mmm mmm mmmm moments. Though I have to say I personally could have seen a bit more of it. But I'm some one of the type if some is good more is better. I was glued to me seat reading this intriguing story and found myself thinking about while away from it.

This was not the final version that I read, and because I loved it so much I am going to turn around and pay full price to read the final version! Also now having seen the price being charged for this story I think that Meg has under charged for The nights of Yes. I have paid more for far less superior books.
