Great umbrella, very sturdy design. It was nice to walk through Melbourne on one of our crazy windyrainy days and watch other people struggling to keep their umbrellas up and this one was going strong. I was expecting it to be more compact - this is not a handbag-friendly sized umbrella - but it has usually proven worth carrying by hand. The case can be a little tricky to get back in sometimes because the drying flanges stick out and get in the way of the zipper but it's still great being able to pack it away without soaking everything. This may be the first umbrella I don't leave on the train because it's too wet to stay on my lap.
If you're looking for a compact umbrella, this isn't it. They are weak and flimsy and I am fed up with them. This is a mid sized umbrella, and very sturdily built. I am impressed at how it can withstand even the windy days. I sleep well at night knowing that this umbrella is in the car, ready to tackle any rainy day.
It was a great umbrella and worked fine for my high schooler until a super windy day and then one of the fiberglass spines broke. Up to that point the umbrella worked fine and seemed quite robust. I have tried to find the warranty information online but unable to do so, and wonder about the warranty.
I am willing to give the umbrella another shot if the warranty is true. However, I cannot recommend it since it is not robust and only lasted a short amount of time in during the rainy season of Sydney.
This umbrella works so well under rainy and windy days. It is light yet very solid. Not like the other umbrellas I used to have, materials and internal stainless steel structure of this one make it durable and better wind proof performance. Besides this portable and light umbrella fits in my bag so well. Love it.
I used the umbrella on a very windy and rainy day. It turned inside out couple of times. I think this was due to the product design so It does not get broken. Apart from the bit heavy but has good material quality.
