Product Description

From the author of the Age of Dawn series comes the fifth installment, A New Light. When the seal of the Age of Dawn broke, Asebor was once again released upon the world, and with him came the scourge of his Death Spawn army. Walter's fate had been snared to their brutality after the first raid upon his village. They killed his parents, tortured his friends. Nyset has his heart, reunited after escaping the clutches of the Shadow Realm. The Shadow Realm is a plane of misery for the dead, ruled by the Shadow god.

After taking the Silver Tower, the Death Spawn ravage the western lands with the Wretched leading the horde. Despite the tragic losses, Walter and the group must march on to defend the corner of realm. Nyset, the Arch Wizard, must protect Helm's Reach from Death Spawn outside and enemies within. She vows to take the Tower back, or die trying.

There's no turning back now. Walter will make the Death Spawn pay with blood. Asebor must be punished for his atrocities. The Dragon burns in his heart, stoking the fires of revenge.

5.0 out of 5 stars This Awesomeness Goes to Eleven! 6 April 2016

I had to read this a second time immediately before I wrote my review. I had other things going on that did not allow me to devote my full attention to my first reading and felt it would be unfair to post my review at that time.
I can definitely say that you get your money's worth with this book. The length is perfect, the story is fantastic, and in my opinion, it nicely wraps up the first five books in this series. I know book six will come out but I look for it to be book one of the next series in the 'Stormcaller' universe.
The characters progress and grow throughout the book to mold them into the characters they need to be at the conclusion of this book. They face love, betrayal, sacrifice, doubt, and a TON of blood and guts before they are ready for the makers hand.
I love the characters, the story, the environments, many of which I have yet to run across in my reading. This is one of the best series I've run across that's available on Kindle Unlimited and the quality of the story and editing is above and beyond most of what you will find. Take the chance, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Everet!

5.0 out of 5 stars Epic Good vs Evil Fantasy Adventure 2 April 2016

Fifth book in the series is terrific. It is a long book, satisfying those who can't stand getting to the end of a book, let alone a series, too quickly. I will miss the great characters and twists and turns along the way. Fabulous adventure with thoroughly interesting evolving characters.

Excellent story full of fantasy.
Really well written, longer than the previous books, but doesn't drag on at all.
I enjoyed every bit of this book.

As with the rest of the amazing series, A New Light captivates you from page one and doesn't let go until the last word! It pulls you in and makes you feel like you are among them. Nonstop thrill ride of action, adventure, and intrigue with characters that have grown to feel like old friends. Superbly written and a must read!!!
