This is a practical and easy to read book that quickly gives you some fabulous guidelines on how to set up, raise capital and run an accounting practice. The true XFactor is getting the marketing pipeline right, generating quality leads and referrals and this book suggests some excellent tips on how to achieve that. The last great learning that was drummed into me after reading this book, is it's not about quantity but quality of the clients you have as ultimately running a business is about profit. I would recommend this book to anyone thinking of starting any business, and a great refresher for those of us in business who get caught up in the day to day and forget to look at what's really quality business operations.
