Sarah W. Feldstein Ewing is an Associate Professor at Oregon Health & Science University, USA. She is dedicated to using basic biological approaches to learn how therapy works. She has over 50 peer reviewed publications and 2 books. Her line of research has been supported by the National Institutes on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, National Institute of Drug Abuse, and the National Institute of Nursing Research. Katie Witkiewitz is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of New Mexico, USA. She has authored three edited books and over 80 peer-reviewed publications. Her research is supported by grants from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism and the National Cancer Institute. Francesca Filbey is an Associate Professor and Director of Cognitive Neuroscience Research of Addictive Disorders at the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. She has been funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and has over 50 peer-reviewed publications. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
