5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my team (and me, shh)

I bought this for work. IP comms and networking is a big part of what we do to facilitate our projects. We have some amazing experts but it can often feel impenetrable for those who are accountable for the results. Also for new starters who haven’t “lived” the industry we are in.

This book is great. It sets expectations of basic IT literacy (ie using windows) and then takes you through all of the concepts from the ground up bit by bit. A few chapters in and you won’t be a pro but you will understand what’s what!

Yes I’m sure it’s all available via web search but what I like about these guided introductions is that the writers know what you need to understand and in what order. Web searching is a minefield in these topics.

Excellent choice and already well thumbed
