I honestly can't believe it took me this long to find it. But read it in 2 sittings.
Can't recommend this book enough. Now i am off to one click the author's other books!
Nerdgasm is one of the sweetest, funniest & most endearing books I have read in a long time. It's got an adorable nerdy hero Theo who is EVERYTHING you want in a book boyfriend. Addy is his perfect balance and their slowburn romance is not your average NA read but it's absolutely PERFECT!!
While being sweet, funny and seriously hot it also touches on some subjects that are close to my heart and the author handles them beautifully. Gah! I am seriously fangirling this book hard 😍😍
Oh & there's also a scene with an orange & a HAF Professor that made me way more turned on than citrus fruit should. Wowsa!!! Praying this particular sexy Professor gets his own story soon.

Addy is adorable
The stutter is adorable
The story is adorable
Theo has very little experience when it comes to girls and he doesn’t know how to ask a girl out or plan a date, which is why he usually keeps to himself and leaves the dating to the cool guys. When he accidently bumped into Addy, he felt something stir inside him that he was unfamiliar with and when he noticed that she was one of his students, he couldn’t believe his good luck. Addy was very beautiful with her bouncy, blonde hair and carefree smile and he found it hard to concentrate because she kept staring at him during class They met on their way out of the building and their hands touched as they both reached for the door. Magical sparks moved up his arm as he gazed at Addy longingly and even if he was in way over his head, he couldn’t be happier.
Will Theo break free from his comfort zone and allow Addy to show him how it feels to be loved and desired?
“Nerdgasm”!! What an ingenious and creative idea for a book!! The tender romance between Theo and Addy is sweet and heartwarming as well as sensuous and passionate. Kimberly Reese has given us a fresh approach to young love and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
How is this the first book I have read by Kimberley Reese?
This book is simply sublime! A combination of a sweet, slow building romance, some hot sex scenes, one erotic display with fruit, and with great character development that tackles the tough social issue of bullying in a respectful and responsible way.
At the centre of the story is the "adorkable" Theo, who we meet as a troubled child with a stutter who learns to live with his condition and the ignorant cruelty that children and young adults often forfeit to in the face of anyone who is 'different'.
Fast forward several years and a now more mature and confident teachers aide at college, Theo meets the divine and vivacious Addy who takes an instant liking to Theo's hot 'nerdiness' and delights in his stutter too. I mean who wouldn't swoon over an "aquatic Clark Kent"!!
But Theo's smarts and knowledge do not extend to the female persuasion and it takes some seriously salacious expert advice from his hot-in-his own-right mentor ("orange" scene case in point!!) for Theo to step up and this gorgeous pair to really connect. And Addy is so patient with him in what is probably the most perfectly paced intimacy I have ever read in a book of this nature.
This is a beautiful story with a well portrayed serious message about being true to who we are and accepting of those that are different, for we are all our own 'normal'.
And well, what else can I say except "Nerdgasms rock."
