I buy this because it is cruelty free. The product smells ok. It covers grey well. The colour was spot on but does lighten and fade so next time I will get darker so it lightens slower. I wish there were more tones of colour. More expensive than the usual shop colours but at least I know no animals were hurt for me to cover my grey hair.

Worked on my brown hair, left it on for 45 minutes which is an extra 15 mins than recommended on the box. Turned my medium dark brown hair to a red wine/deep cherry colour. Used all of the conditioner provided in one go which left my hair silky smooth. Colour runs for first 4-5 washes and each time my hair looked even more red. Hair does need lots of conditioner first few washes to avoid it feeling dried out. I have allergies and sensitive skin and this product was completely fine, did not irritate skin at all.
Updated this rating and lowered rating. After 6 weeks my hair went from a deep cherry red to a bright orange, the colour loss continued after each wash even though i was using a shampoo for coloured hair. I have since purchased another naturtint dye in brown and have had zero colour running when washing my hair, so it seems to be an issue with this red shade in particular.

Bought this ages ago but have only just plucked up the courage this morning to use it. I thought it would turn out too dark as most of them do & they are not natural or flattering as you get older. It went on easy & wasn't as messy as most covered with plastic bag & then old towel & left for 30mins got in the shower & rinsed I did shampoo just to be sure. Conditioned & dried WOW I was so surprised my hair was shinny & a beautiful soft natural looking colour, I love it & will order this from now on (wheatgerm blonde.) I keep touching it & looking at it.
