Great size and layout just poor quality

Unfortunately the bag arrived with white marks/stains on it so I was already unhappy from day 1.
Positives are that It’s a really nice size and has heaps of compartments which is super handy and the stroller straps are great too!
Despite the positives in the end I used the bag for approx 2 weeks then got frustrated by the flimsy poor quality zips, straps already starting to pull and fray, and overall cheap feel to the bag so I returned it for a refund and purchased something of much better quality which I should of just spent the extra money on and done in the beginning.

This backpack is just perfect! But I'm not using it as a diaper bag. It's ideal for a carry on for international flights! I'm always nervous that my checked in bag will go missing, so I like to carry essentials with my onto the aeroplane. This bag meets the airline size restrictions and fits everything I need!! And my list is loooong!! Once unzipped, the top of the bag holds itself open so you can easily see everything you have inside - brilliant! The front outer pocket is the ideal size for holding the liquids bag you need to show at security. I have packed into this bag a full change of clothes, toiletries, medications, electronics, a hair styler, umbrella, travel documents, snacks, eyeglasses, a small blanket & more!! On the outside I have clipped my neck pillow to the stroller strap. And there was still room for more!

I love this bag. Plenty of room and hands down way better than the over the shoulder bag I used to have. My only complaint is because of how the opening is designed you need 2 hands to close it and when you have a fidgety 8 month old that can be difficult at times.

This is (almost) the perfect diaper bag. I did a fair amount of research on diaper bags before pulling the trigger and ordering this one, and I'm so glad I ended up with it. Here are the best features:

1. It's a backpack, which means it's out of the way when you're carrying it. Don't underestimate how annoying it is to have a large bag hanging on your shoulder/side when you're also trying to hold or manage a squirrely baby. Shoulder bags swing forward and get in the way when you bend over, but this one stays nicely out of the way.

2. The design is gender neutral but still trendy, so my husband doesn't mind carrying it around at all, but I still feel like a hip young mom. The heathered gray color, asymmetrical pocket, and leather details make this really stylish for something so functional.

3. The structured frame top is far and away the best thing about this bag. You can open it up, set it down, and see everything. Also, the fact that it's just one main interior compartment means I'm not digging around through like three zippered pouches trying to remember where I stuffed the diaper rash cream or whatever. There are a bunch of interior pouches and pockets but, like I said, it's easy to see everything at once because of the structured top. Love, love, love this feature.

4. Details, details, details--they have thought of everything.The insulated bottle pockets actually work, a changing pad is included, there are two exterior side pockets capable of holding water bottles or sippy cups, the stroller straps are attached and work great, etc., etc. This bag really does have EVERYTHING you need to leave the house confidently.

If I have ONE criticism, it's that the bag is almost too deep, which means it can be difficult to keep the open space inside (where I usually keep spare outfits) organized very well, but this is a very minor concern considering all of the advantages.

Bottom line: For the price, I'm confident that this is the best diaper bag that you can buy (and convince your husband to wear around town).

Strap was tearing so the company sent us a new bag with better straps

I was so excited about this diaper bag when we got it. After 3 months the seam at the top of the straps started tearing and now after 5 months it is almost completely torn! The only things we put in the diaper bad is diaper, wipes, and maybe a bottle. We have never put anything heavy in it and it's to the point where we can't even use it anymore.

After I left this review the company contacted me and sent us a new bag. The straps now definitely seem to be re-inforced. Time will tell but as for now I am very impressed, especially with their customer service.

Read all the reviews and looked for a diaper bag forever.
Thought this was it! Bag came in everything fit in it perfectly. LOVED how the top opened wide and you could really dig in when needed. Perfect bag or so I thought.
I give it one star because fast forward 2 MONTHS and the straps are falling apart. Very Disappointed.
All the reviews are great so maybe I just got a defective one idk.

UPDATE: As soon as I posted my review the seller contacted me and offered to send me another bag.
Great customer service!!!
They reinforced the straps and I think it will do the trick! I'm ecstatic because I really do LOVE this bag!
Update again in a few months but I'm hopeful! :)
