Product Description

Product Description

Vince Ames is a romantic at heart and lives by a set of moral standards that most men wouldn’t be capable of following. He’s honest, loyal, and a true romantic at heart. He is also a thug, a debt collector for drug dealers, a patched member of the Selected Sinners MC, and has a quick temper. But he has a weakness.

His weakness? Romance novels. He reads them every night, and lives the life of a closet romantic; something his MC brothers know nothing of. After he catches his wife of 15 years cheating on him, the last thing he wants or needs is a woman in his life.

One night, when he runs out of gas, he meets Sienna, a wine guzzling blogger and romance novel reviewer.

Sienna Boyco typically sits at home, reads her Kindle, and dreams of one day being loved like the heroines in the books she reviews. She drives a 1965 Lincoln Continental, has an odd taste in music, and writes blatantly honest book reviews.

A trip to the gas station turns into a talk about romance novels, and one thing quickly leads to another…

Vince doesn’t want a woman in his life, but he sure enjoys talking about the lost art of love.

Sienna isn’t interested in a thug, even if he is a romantic thug. But Vince is everything else she has ever dreamed of.

Money Shot is a stand alone erotic romance with an HEA. There is no cheating, no sex outside the relationship, and there are no club whores. No other book is required to tell this tale, and the novel may be enjoyed as a stand alone. To fully understand the intricacies of all of the ancillary characters, the series should be read as a whole. Money Shot is Book VI in the Selected Sinners Series of MC Romance novels. Please be over 18 to enjoy this story; although it is a heartwarming love story, it contains sex, sex, and more sex.

Selected Sinners MC is full of some bada$$ dudes. I have enjoyed each book more than the next. I like how the author mixes the MC culture in with a love story. So hold on to your hats—this book—total romance novel. Yeah, the hero is part of the MC but he doesn’t run with the guys. Start voting for Vince for best Book Boyfriend right now.

Vince and Sienna start out meeting randomly and then more purposefully every Sunday. They are friends first and foremost. I loved the slow build to their relationship. Sienna was a riot. Her inner monologue about lusting after Vince was terrific. Her drunken blogging was hilarious! And Vince, goodness if you ever wanted to lust after a BBF, he would do it for you. Tough, quick draw biker on the outside. Sweet romantic who reads novels and has Sunday dinner with his mama on the inside. No wonder Sienna fell so hard for him.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Scott Hildreth book if he didn’t give a bit of inspiration and reflection on the human condition. Two people with histories that may have left them broken, find a way to live life again. The belief that Fate: “The unexpected result of the natural development of life” has a hand in all our life moments. Those we love and those we lose have a profound effect on who we are. The idea that we can change the outcome if we try, doesn’t often occur to people. It didn’t occur to Vince at all without a bit of intervention.

Sometimes I get so caught up in the reading of the story that I don’t pay attention to some details until they hit me on the head. Big Jack is one of my favorite characters from this series. He lives by the same code as Vince—keep your promises. Makes total sense that these two would bond. So happy to see Jack and Em again.

Money Shot (Selected Sinners #6)
By: Scott Hildreth
5/5 stars

So several times Scott has said that this is his best book yet, but I find that I’m a loyalist to some of my favorites of his and I just really like the new one. I think he may have finally gotten me on this book! I LOVE Vince & Sienna, I SWOONED!! When you read the belief behind money shot, you will kiss your kindle!

Now the time frame started prior to the first book, so when Axton was talking about the only thing women were good for, I was offended on behalf of Avery & wanted to reach through the book & slap him upside the head. But then I looked up the time frame of the first book and all was right again.

Vince is a loner within the club and he doesn’t really have any close friends. But he is loyal to the core and is there for whatever the club needs for him. He was married to his high school sweetheart for 15 years and was loyal to her, until she wasn’t loyal and that signaled the end of their marriage. He decided that the next woman in his life would have to prove herself over time before he became too invested.

Sienna has lost both of her parents and is pretty much all alone in life. She does have an aunt that she hasn’t seen in about 5 years or so. She craves the nurture & stability of an honorable man, regardless of his profession. When Vince comes into her life, they develop an unlikely friendship to which they spend one day a week eating out and getting to know each other. Eventually that develops into more.

Now, to my other favorite part of the book: I loved Vince’s mom & her interactions with her dog & Vince and Sienna. I think she may have even taken over Mike Ripton’s family, another of my favorite of Scott’s book families.

Ok, so first off lemme say that I NEVER get the "feels" for a book. I like them, love them, hate them and sometimes I'm just flat out indifferent to them... but I DON'T get into the "feels"....
Money Shot changed that... I was up until 4:30 am reading this book until the end because I had too!
I had to know where things ended for Sienna and Vince. I had to know how things ended for the rest of the characters, because I CARED THAT DAMNED MUCH!
I have a ton of Scott's books and I've helped support him for a really long time now because he and his team are really freaking awesome, now I'll do it because I've read his work!
This books has it all. The range of emotions, depth of characters, the pull you want to feel when reading a great book, the steamy chemistry, and the freaking ending!
If you like Romance books, don't buy this for the subgenre, buy this book because it's a romance book period! It's not just a MC book, or an Erotic read, or any other sub... it's a real, emotional provoking Romance book! I'll now be ploughing through all things Hildreth on my Kindle!

*Scott Hildreth’s Money Shot is Book 6 in his Selected Sinners MC series. Money Shot goes back to the years before the Guys have woman in their lives. You end back with the Club as we expect them to be with Vince’s addition to the Club’s story and finding out what the “Money Shot” is for the members.
Vince is a loner with a very strict code that he lives by and sure expects others to adhere to if he allows you into his life. Sienna is an alone book reviewer because everyone is gone from her life. A twist of fate brings them together. Both book nerds, which they have used as friends instead of other persons. They both see a friend in the other and so starts their adventure together. It is not an easy multi-year trip. In the end we find that Sienna’s belief of Vince is true. “He was kind, sincere, and filled with devotion to the woman he loved.”
Scott Hildreth brings us back into his Selected Sinners club with another interesting member. We get to meet up with some of the Club guys and it is always nice to get to visit with them again. It is Fun to get to find out how and that Jackson is Sienna’s Angel.
This story is not as gritty as some of the other Selected Sinners books but does have surprising twist and “oh no” moments that keep you turning the pages to discover the outcome.
Scott Hildreth’s take on book styles, writers and reviewers is a fun and enlightens. If you have been following the Selected Sinners, You are going to enjoy getting to visit the Club again. If you have not read the series, this is a standalone that is a good place to try Scott Hildreth’s storytelling.

Thanks Scott Hildreth & Good Writing
