This book was very well written, although it would have been nice if the order that the series should be read was shown on the book covers

Melody has been living with Ash for 3 years. She loves him, but does not feel he loves her. Ash has never wanted a family. Melody runs when she finds out she is pregnant with his child. Ash is shocked to find her gone, and mad. He gets over being mad and hires a P.I. a few weeks later to find her. He found her in a hospital in Texas. Melody had been in a car crash and had been in a coma. She has amnesia, and doesn't remember who Ash is. Ash thinks that Melody had an affair when he found out she had lost the baby he didn't know she was carrying. Ash thought he was sterile. Ash tells the hospital and Melody that he is her fiancé. He came up with this plan to fake loving her, then break her heart to get her back for the affair she had on him. While he is watching her recover, his heart softens. He helps her regain her strength by helping her walk. There were times I just wanted to smack Ash up side the head, and yell at him. They had just driven for two days to get home after Melody was released from the hospital. Once they got home Ash quickly left for the office. At this point Melody still had amnesia. The next week he spent most of his time at the office. Once Melody's memory started coming back, she confronted Ash for the first time in the last 3 years about different issues. Ash likes, and is falling in love with the new Melody. When Melody walked away a second time, it took awhile for Ash to come to his senses, and find her. All in all it was a good book!

It was good..SPOILERSReviewed in the United States on 3 September 2013
This was really cute. I like how they fell in love with her being her. She was putting on an act sometimes when they were first together and she did not like her actions. I do like that the amnesia helped their relationship because he was pulling away from her. He felt she was too aggressive and sexually addicted and it bugged him so he was putting up walls to eventually end their romance. She only acted like that because she thought he wanted that. The car accident really helped them out and I am glad that his revenge thoughts never lasted long. He was a really great hero and she was a sweet heroine. Even after she gained her memory back, she stayed how she normally would behave. I thought she handled learning the truth about his behavior about her supposed affair really well. I loved this story and am glad I read it.

the silhouette desire and harlequin desire as well as the many other silhouette and harlequin name books are mostly excellent. the worst I have experienced was still better than most of the market. the various names seem to indicate the level of romance/sex so when you find your level buy all of those.

Book 4 in a series of 6. Interesting, well written chick book. Characters well developed. Fast paced. I read it in 1/2 day
