Non è la prima volta che Amzn mi manda libri con difetti di stampa o rilegatura.
Se qualche libro difettoso ho scelto di tenerlo perché ancora leggibile, per questo chiederò la sostituzione.

UPDATE Amazon mi ha sostituito il libro.

I contenuti del James-Dyke sono chiari ed esposti in maniera molto semplice. Come molti testi britannici su questo argomento, le parti teoriche sono ridotte all'essenziale, a volte troppo (per questo metto 4 stelle) per lasciare spazio agli esercizi, ai metodi di svolgimento e agli esempi di applicazione ai casi dell'ingegneria che in vece sono trattati con cura.
Una base di partenza che consiglio a tutti coloro che stanno per intraprendere un percorso di tipo ingegneristico, da leggere e studiare "prima" di affrontare i corsi universitari in modo da colmare quelle lacune che la riforma universitaria con l'aumentare del numero di esami e la riduzione dei programmi ha introdotto.

Questo testo di base è propedeutico per il successivo "advanced".
