Be aware with the size of shoes when you order on line

Received a pair shoe yesterday however it is an half size smaller than usual. I have tried the shoes in the local store before placed the order. Not able to send back to change due to the shoe sending from Amazon USA. A bit of disappoint.

I spoke directly to the Mizuno sales rep prior to my purchase, and he without hesitation recommended these based on my preferences/characteristics. However, just didn't work out. I have an exact medium width foot and got the "D" width, but found this shoe to be a little too wide and a toe box too roomy for my comfort level. Also, contrary to the loose feel, the outsole is very stiff lacking hardly any flexibility that I prefer. So, if those features don't bother you...it seems to be a well constructed/quality shoe.

I am 240lbs and just did a 10k with these and a bit of running the couple of weeks before. They work as advertised, definitely absorb a lot and don't make me feel sore the next day. I'll buy them again.

The only downside is that there is already some wear on the top edge of the shoe, from my foot rubbing. Could be my weirdly large feet, but in any case I would have thought that the top edge of the shoe (where you enter with your foot, that surrounds your ankle) is more durable.

This mizuno shoes is amazing, the suspension system is out of this world. I suffer from bad kness which hurt when jogging, but with this shoes the impact on my knees is almost nothing. Very nice shoes.

I just wore out a pair of Brooks Beast 16s, and almost bought a replacement pair, but wanted to shop around a bit. Glad I did. The Brooks are terrific, but the Wave Sky 2s feel incredible. I increased my speed and feel significantly less knee discomfort. I may get another pair of Brooks, or try the Hokas, but the Mizunos have earned a go-to spot in my daily jog.
