Product Description

A cranky old woman with an enchanted mirror? No way...
Adelle Hendrix doesn't believe in hocus pocus. She doesn't believe in happily ever after, either. So when she sees her best friend, Ben Jackson, in a supposedly enchanted mirror, she decides she's not the crazy one, the loony old gypsy woman who showed her the mirror is.

Except that crazy old woman won't leave her alone, and the more frequently she and her jack-o-lantern with the ever-changing carved faces show up, the more Adelle begins to wonder... Are she and Ben meant to be more than friends?

This book is not meant to be read by readers who are looking for a serious, boring read with a tragic ending. Only fans of funny and everlasting romance should pick this one up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny and sexy! 29 September 2016

Format: Kindle Edition
What a fun and sexy read. We can all picture what it is like to be going to a wedding with a significant other where everyone is talking about their boyfriend, husband, etc. To avoid the awkwardness, Adelle brings along as her date, her best friend and roommate Ben. She has always found Ben attractive but he was a player when they met in college and he still is. Adelle doesn’t date after finding out the night before her wedding that he ex had a whole other family with a wife and kids. So Ben is a safe date or he was until she meets the bride’s fortune teller aunt who has her look into the magic mirror which shows her that Ben is her soul mate. Now she can’t help but look at him in a whole new light. Except Ben is about to hook up with the groom’s cousin. Ew.
This story is full of humorous exchanges with the fortune teller and almost catching people in awkward predicaments. It is also full of touching moments where true friendship and caring are visible. While funny and sweet, this book is really pointing out that the guy who is your best friend is a much better match than any bad boy and opposites may attract but they don’t always make good partners. This was a quick fun read and highly recommended.
5.0 out of 5 stars FUN book to read! Loved it. 3 October 2016

This is a FUN book! I like the whole magic mirror and gypsy set-up. Adelle is clueless that a great thing (Ben) is right in front of her and she can't see it. Along comes Vivienne, what a woman she is! Vivienne has an eclectic and interesting wardrobe. She also has vulgar and funny dialog as she helps Adelle with her love life. There were laugh out-loud moments. I liked Adelle and Ben they were good characters. But Vivienne is a diamond in the rough, literally. So much fun to read, honestly, I could not put it down until sadly, it was done. Fun book, fast read, I want more!

4.0 out of 5 stars A fun, entertaining, fast read 24 October 2016
By Majanka - Published on
Format: Kindle Edition
In Mirror, Mirror, Adelle Hendrix doesn’t believe in hocus pocus, or in happily ever after. When an enchanted mirror shows her the reflection of her best friend, Ben Jackson, who is supposed to be her soul mate, she doesn’t believe she and Ben are meant to be more than friends. After all, he’s always been a player, and although he’s her best friend and she always thought he was attractive, that’s just it – right? Wrong.

This was a fun, entertaining and fast read. The story kept putting the characters in hilarious situations. The writing was excellent and fast-paced.

Anyone who enjoys a funny, quirky paranormal romance read should definitely pick up this book. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of laughs in this one! 26 October 2016

This is a fun light paranormal read for sure! Lots of fun thanks to Adelle and Ben in this story but especially props to the brides aunt who happens to be a fortune teller who just happens to tell Adelle that Ben is her soul mate! Let the good times roll in this books. Lots of humor in PNR and it's a quick read overall so if your just having one of those blah days this is a book to pick up and just laugh. You even get some awkward situations as a bonus in it. While it is a fun book it also is a sweet read at times.

For sure a fun read which really made me laugh. Highly recommend if you searching for some chuckles!
