This was my first time of doing colour therapy. I brought 3 books. This is best one, best ever.
The paper is amazingly high quality . The pages are perforated. Only 1 pattern pa page. So easy to take out the page and use a hard service base. The pictures are beautiful. I am hooked on colouring in this book like reading a good book. The pencils used are varied cheap ones at first . However just got bic contrast set and they amazing. I'm hoping to save to buy the 43 set of black wood pencils by feely. There expensive but I think there worth it for such a high quality book. This book has helped me with my stress too, being a full time carer to my husband and I really needed something like this to calm me and help me to sleep. I highly recomend this book. I intend on seeing if anymore by this artist. I love it

Intricate images of various animals to colour. The book is larger than the bestsellers which makes the detail easier to manage. The pages are also perforated to allow easy removal of completed images if you want to. The images are single sided and therefore allowing for colour materials of your choice as bleed through is not an issue. There is a list of all the animals features at the beginning of the book as well if you are unsure. Allowing for you to really create a colourful image or even colour multiple parts the same colour. I was not 100% when I first started colouring about this book it felt overwhelming but after colouring for a while I realised the potential to create amazing images so jumped in a brought it when Amazon had it at a reduced price.
