The Memory Keeper (The 2nd Freak House Trilogy Book 1) Kindle Edition
About the Author
C.J. Archer has loved history and books for as long as she can remember and feels fortunate that she found a way to combine the two with her historical romances. Under her other name of Carolyn Scott, she has published contemporary short stories in women's magazines on two continents including Take A Break, Woman's Day and That's Life. She has at various times worked as a librarian, IT support person and technical writer but in her heart has always been a fiction writer. She has won and placed in romance writing contests including winning RWAustralia's Emerald Award in 2008 for the manuscript which she went on to self-publish under the title Honor Bound. C.J. spent her early childhood in the dramatic beauty of outback Queensland, Australia, but now lives in suburban Melbourne with her husband and two children. --This text refers to the paperback edition.

Freak House - 2nd TrilogyReviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 December 2014
Yet again I was unable to put this book down once I started it. After the first trilogy I didn't think it could get any better but C J Archer has done it again. Well thought out with interesting characters both old and new. If you enjoyed the first Freak House trilogy be prepared for another page turner in the second. Here's hoping the other 2 books are up to the same inimitable style.
Good readReviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 October 2018
This lady knows how to keep you wanting more of her stories. I have read 2 lots of her trilogies and no one book is better than another. I suggest giving the books a read.

InvolvedReviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 June 2017
Whilst a separate story, you really need to read the first series to fully understand all the characters. Quite complex but a great read.
Imaginative and gripping.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 May 2017
Very imaginative, yet retaining credibility, pace and grip. Charity plays an endearing leading role and the owner of Freak House and his assistant establish some much needed character.
