Product description

Review

"Kylie Wilkie is an incredible woman, mother and author. Resilient, driven, intelligent and a great optimist are the words that I would use to describe her. To be able to take such a tragedy in her life as losing her husband and baby Dylan’s Dad, and to turn that into an important and beautiful legacy is simply incredible. Memories Are Forever is a wonderfully written and illustrated book that not only keeps Dave’s memory alive in his daughter, but teaches us all that we must celebrate the lives of those we lose and have those difficult conversations with our children that we often avoid - about loss, love and families."
- Rabia Siddique
International humanitarian, inspirational speaker, author and mentor

About the Author

Kylie is constantly reminded that life doesn't follow a plan, and there's no better example of this than when her first husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2012. A year on, Kylie found herself thirty years old and widowed with a six month old daughter. Thanks to her amazing tribe, Kylie now navigates a wonderfully, unpredictable life with her beautiful, modern family in Perth, Western Australia. Her books take an insightful, humorous and heart-felt look at issues affecting us all. Kylie aims to inspire and facilitate communication with children about things that matter, teaching them to openly communicate in turn.
