I lost my trust in the authors when I read "'Binary' is derived from the Greek word bio, meaning 'two.'" All it takes is a quick google search to find that binary comes from the latin word binarius. While bio is, in fact, a Greek word, it means life! As in biology! I have no clue where the authors got the idea that bio is Greek for two, but neither of them even bothered to double check it! Makes me wonder how much else they can't be bothered to double check.
Although, it's not like the reviews matter anyways. I doubt there's anyone that reads mass media textbooks for fun and not just because their class requires it. I'm just glad I never have to take another non-STEM class again, aside from the music and foreign language requirements, but those don't count because I actually like them.
Good luck in your classes! :D
