I was so worried about this one simply because I love the first book SO SO SO much. I was so worried how each of the characters would develop and how Colleen would portray their evolutions both individually and collectively. BUT I should have known better, this is a wonderful ending to the series. I love each character even more than I already did. This is why Colleen is my favourite author.
This book was not necessary to Sydney and Ridge's story but it was so nice of Colleen Hoover to give her fans of Maybe Someday a free story. I always enjoy Colleen Hoover's writing even though I feel if this happened in real life the people in this story would not have been so understanding nor would they be so forgiving for what happened in the past.
Maybe Someday was a great book. I loved it and the characters but I was left wondering what happened next. This book has many answers to my questions. Now all we need is Brennan's story to complete the saga. I love Colleen Hoover's writing and I was not left disappointed with this book.
I laughed with pure enjoyment so many times reading this sequel. So relaxing and yet it felt like these characters were really developing and maturing. Apart from Bridgette and Warren of course! Love this author's work. Appreciate her efforts. This book really hit the spot!
After Maybe Someday I was nervous to start its sequel and be disappointed but Maybe Now held up! The ending was a bit naff but other than that a really enjoyable read. Colleen Hoover is my new favourite author for 2020 💓
To enjoy this follow-up book to 'Maybe Someday' you really need to read book one; however it was lovely to dip into the lives of Ridge and Sydney again as well as seeing how Maggie was doing, and not forgetting Warren and Bridgette of course! These characters are so well written you almost feel like you know them. This book mostly concentrates on firstly Maggie and the new man in her life Jake, but follows up on how Ridge and Sydney are navigating the whole situation. I did think the very very last chapter was a bit silly and unbelievable, and I would have liked to just go on little bit further into the future of these three couples, especially Ridge and Sydney I felt the epilogue could have been expanded on quite a bit; however I really enjoyed the book and do recommend it.
