It's easy to read but sometimes it throws formulas and equations at you that include constants and you find yourself flipping back pages or checking your notes to ensure yourself that you didn't accidentally skip or miss anything. Trust me, it's not you, it's this book that seems to assume you know everything. I still give it 3 stars because the little that it does it explain, it explains very very well.
You should have a strong background in Calculus 2 and all the math around vectors (dot product etc) if you want to survive this class.

This book is required for my physics 2 course at my university.
This physics book actually takes time to explain key concepts. It goes through the reasoning behind solving problems. I really like the writing style, it's clear and helpful. I'm not that good at physics but I was able to complete my homework just by using this book.
