I really enjoyed McKaskills ebook. It was simple and easy to read and at the same time, it covered the bases well.

He points out how value is achieved in selling a business by going for the strategic alternative. How to unlock potential. He talks about the value of IP.

I have done over 25 exits (this is sale of a business in VC speak) and thought this short and easy to read book covered things well.
