Much of the material in this book appears to be a summary of the references at the end of each chapter. I bought it because it's on the reading list for a postgraduate business course I'm doing, but I have to say I found it to be a very tedious read.
A better option might be to go directly to the original works. For example, Crossing the Chasm is an insightful and stimulating read, or check out the HBR case study on 3M's Lead User approach to product development. The original works are well written and thought provoking.
