Though the book is a little way back (1999) but still meet contemporary needs in service marketing. I will recommend it for both academia and marketing managers. The case studies in between are informative, well researched into and concisely written to fit into the book setting.
The cover page is attractive, very unassuming, and each topic or module has a lot of practical information that could help marketing reps in servicing industries.
All in all, I rate the book intelligently written.
