This book contains lots of very useful information about what to look for in coffee quality. This is a lot of information packed into a small book, which may leave your head spinning a little as you think of all of the different ways that coffee could come out wrong, but the glass half-full person would view it as a definitive guide to all of the things to look for to make sure that your coffee comes out right!
I find the explanation of various brewing techniques and descriptions of all of the coffee/water/milk combinations and ratios to make certain drinks to be most useful, but was also intrigued by various insights and things to consider for how to improve profitability for a coffee shop.

Great book, talks about coffee on a big and small scale, learned a lot! I'd imagine it'd be really helpful for anyone looking to start a coffee roaster.
