Summer makes me thing of tomatoes, fresh herbs, fruit and more and it's all covered here! Make your own Tomato Sauce (think marinara) or a lovely Rustic Tomato and Bread Salad. Zucchini flourishes in the summer and there is a lovely recipe for Cocktail Zucchini Fritters. You could mix it up with Gill's Zucchini and Apple Salad as well.
Whether it's a great pickle recipe, a lovely jam, fruit tart, eggplant, or chicken recipe you're looking for, you can find something here. There's even a Christmas section--just a reminder of how "down under" they are!
