To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The book is superb. It is intended for advanced undergraduates, although graduate students and professionals can also benefit a great deal from reading it. The focus on fiscal policy and on optimal policies is most welcome. I agree with the preceding commenter about Chugh's book being a bit wordy, but that is the price paid so as to reach the undergraduate audience.

They will charge you a late fee even if your semester is not over yet. So just because "semester rental" does not mean that it will actually last your whole semester.
