Sasha is part gypsy. Her passions have always been storytelling, romance, history, and travel. Her first play was written for her Girl Scout troupe. She's been writing ever since. She loves getting lost in the worlds and characters she creates; even if she frequently forgets to run the dishwasher or wash socks when she's doing so. Luckily, her four brilliant children and hero-inspiring hubby are super understanding and supportive.

Such an amazing book. It was such an interesting take on hades . I fell in love with his character in this novel. Will be recommending this to everyone I know . This is the second novel in this series - its best to read the medusa one first because there are some references to that plot line in this one - but can be read on its own either way brilliant !!
4.0 out of 5 starsA touching take on the mythical classic

This is a rather poetic and beautifully versed adaptation of the famous Hades and Persepherone. Unlike some adaptations that depict mythical characters loosely and poorly this nails much of the personality of the greek gods as we would perceive them in the myths. The pace is remarkably good in that it doesnt bore you or lose sight of the plot and its easy to pick up key themes in the story too. The chemistry and love between the Hades and Persepherone is beautiful and breathtaking. Id highly recommend this.

I would defiantly recommend this book to everyone over 17 years of age, it was great I never liked hades being the god of the underworld and all but after this my view of him has changed. (^-^)/
5.0 out of 5 starsBook Review of For the Love of Hades

What I really enjoyed about Sasha Summers' retelling of the Persephone-Hades love story is how Demeter was not antagonized like in so many other Persephone-Hades stories. The relationship between Hades and Demeter as well as Persephone and Demeter were not presented as strained due to what happened.
