Product Description

Alice
I shot him with my paintball gun.
It was instant lust, the moment I caught sight of his tattoos, well-muscled body, and cocky grin. However, it was ass over tea kettle love the minute that sexy bastard brought me coffee and a bacon wrapped donut.
I fell hard, and I loved every minute of it.
I was lucky enough to grow up in Spartan, but I’d been contemplating a move to somewhere more populated. Lucky for me, Luke moved here and showed me how awesome it is to meet someone who’s crazy matches your own.
It’s not all unicorns and rainbows, when an unwanted blast from my past blows into town, and tries knocking me off my pedestal of awesomeness.

Luke
She didn’t shoot me. She missed by a good ten feet.
I fell in love with her the minute I caught sight of her cute little ass in a big pair of flowered granny panties. I tell her it was her pretty eyes, and gorgeous red hair, but really, it was the underwear.
Moving to Spartan was the best decision I’d ever made. I never thought I would meet the love of my life when I moved to this small town.
The people who live here take a bit of getting used to. They sometimes forget what appropriate clothing is, and will use any excuse to party.
I wish I could say that everything followed the fairy tale path, but people intrude, and bring the devil with them.

Embrace your crazy, and enjoy your time in our comical, but absurd little town. Welcome to Spartan!

Love Crazy was an hilarious romantic comedy that will leave you feeling amazing, I was laughing from the first chapter. I loved this book, couldn't put it down from start to finish. The plot is great, the writing style is very easy to follow I felt like I was actually there, but it is the characters that make this book, all of them.

Set in the beach side village of Spartan, where it appears everyone are misfits, outcasts or total lunatics. When Alice first meets Luke she is drunk dancing around her garden, dressed in granny undies, fairy wings and a motorcycle helmet, shooting a paint gun. That doesn't scare him off and he is back the next morning with bacon, donuts and coffee to introduce himself properly. It's an instant attraction between both of them and the chemistry is very Hot.

This book not only follows Luke and Alice but introduces the local characters. Alice's two mums are known for their party antics, there's a man in a kilt, one in a mankini and one in nothing at all. Even a surprise pirate makes an appearance. This book isn't all about laughs, there are some challenges faced by the couple but they are overcome and they get their HEA.

You will definately finished this book with a smile, no tissues required.

It seems that most of the town that Alice lives in have a part in this story. Other characters points of view are in the story and it feels natural. I could carry on reading about the crazies in this town for a lot longer, I'd love a story about Cleo and Margo, Alice's Mothers; it is such a feel good story, despite a bit of drama. No messing, straight to the point and suspense free.

The love between Alice and Luke is instant and you can feel the support of the whole small town for each other. It sounds like such an idealistic place to live, everyone who visits feels its warmth and wants to live there. I love Amy as well as the hilarious antics of the geriatric members of town who are exhibitionists; so funny.

I really hope there are lots more additions to this communities shenanigans. I will definitely be on the lookout for more from this author.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fans of short instalove will like this. 8 May 2017

I picked this book because the description had me laughing. This was a much more wild ride then what the description makes it out to be and I liked that.

I really loved Ali's characters. She was wacky right from the start so you can't help but root her on through out the book.

Luke was funny and brought a lot to this short book. He was totally in love with Alice fast and hard but it worked.

This story was pretty much a instalove story that takes place in a crazy town! It was wacky and off the All and I'm sure it won't be for everyone but I liked it. It makes me want to see other characters get their own story's.

Overall I really wanted to love this book, and o loved the story and the characters, but the author's writing left a lot to be wanted for me. Maybe it's just me. But the way it's written, the fast paced nature of it, I couldn't fully connect with the main characters. I am going to read other books by this author, because I can see how creative the writing is. 3.5/4 stars #2OCCJF

When I first got this book I was pissed, because I thought it was suppose to be a freebie. Today I decided to read it, not expecting to find a tale that would crack me up.

Ali and Luke's story will have you laughing out loud! The connection between each member of the town of Spartan, is highly felt throughout the story. I liked this tale so much, that I bought the next book!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved it !!!! 11 January 2017

I received this arc in return for an honest review. Well here goes……….
We start by meeting Alice, who grew up in Spartan with her moms, I say moms, because these two crazy former prostitutes, Margo and Cleo rescued Alice from her real mom Viola also a prostitute who was unwilling to keep her. Margo and Cleo who dress inappropriately for their age, own the town`s bar and Alice usually works there. Until one Friday night she didn`t, and the fun began.
After making her own potent fishbowl and being way too tipsy, she ends up rolling around her garden in fairy wings boots, a motorcycle helmet and granny pants, shooting a paintball gun at cardboard cutouts she had made. She notices some movement out of the side of her eye and shoots whoever it is.
Luke her new neighbor…… her new drop dead gorgeous neighbor , sitting on her porch like he owned the place. Luke gives her the once over as she scrambles to her feet to get back in the house, and he chuckles to himself and tells her he will return in the morning to introduce himself. This he does along with bringing her coffee and a bacon wrapped doughnut and she immediately falls for him.
The antics of the two of them had me in stitches from the beginning along with the secondary characters in their lives………. Margo, Cleo, Parker, ( her gay friend) and Bruce omg Bruce all I will say about him is mankini you will know what I mean.
Suddenly the story took a sinister twist when her real mom shows up in town causing trouble, which leads to Luke and Alice having a crash, and it`s her friend Amy, a girl she has known since she was sixteen who lives in a tent in the woods that comes to the rescue.
This book is a definite read, and the author Ashley Lyn has written a fantastic, funny novel that I had to give 5 stars, my sides were splitting from start to finish , and I would gladly read more from this author in the future.
