Lost Souls could have been a better story all round if there had been a bit more character development. I loved the main characters of Steve and Ghost. but oh I wish PZB could have spent more time on developing these characters and less time and the other main Character, 'Nothings' sexual orientation.
I didn't find Nothings coming of age that interesting, ( I kept wanting to read more about Steve and Ghost), and I found PZB was looking for shock value more than depth of story.
But having said all that It was a better read than a lot of well know horror writers around at the moment.

A good readReviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2013
An interesting and, at times, genuinely creepy read. Entertaining and kept my interest until the end- I would recommend it as it was a pretty good book, however I wouldn't suggest reading it if you generally prefer morally upstanding characters!
Active little so and so
