Das Headset funktioniert NUR mit Logitechs neuer G-Hub Software.
Die G-Hub Software unterstützt aber auch NUR neuere Logitech Geräte wie Mäuse, Tastaturen usw.

Wer nun wie ich eine G19s Tastatur hat, kann entweder das Headset in vollem Umfang mit dem G-Hub nutzen oder die Tastatur mit der Logitech Gaming Software. Beides zusammen geht nicht.

Da sich LGS und G-Hub in die Quere kommen kann ich entweder Stereo hören und alle Tastaturmakros etc nutzen oder 7.1 & Blue Voice nutzen, dafür ist die G19s dann aber eine normale Tastatur ohne Zusatzfunktionen.

Logitech zwingt einen also entweder ALLES neu und G-Hub kompatibel zu kaufen oder aber die Geräte ohne ihre Zusatzfunktionen zu nutzen.

Klanglich ist das Headset das aktuell beste auf dem Markt für unter 100€Ebenso das Mikrofon ist extrem gut

Bevor ihr also das Hyper X Cloud kauft, kauft das Logitech!!
Es klingt besser, sitzt angenehmer, wertiger verarbeitet, mehr Zubehör und bietet Lichtjahre mehr Einstellungsmöglichkeiten als das Hyper X

I’ve spent much time researching gaming headsets: reading the many reviews; watching the numerous video reviews, touting how wonderful a certain product is, followed by the comments not exactly corroborating the reviewer’s enthusiastic commentary. I bought one headset based on the adulation thrown down on it by a number of positive reviews only to return them in disgust wishing I’d adhered to the negative feedback. Thankfully, Amazon is wonderful at accepting returns...

I’ll be honest; Logitech hadn’t figured highly in my hotlist of gaming headset manufacturers. Don’t get me wrong; I love their products, and I own a superb webcam, mouse and keyboard. It was on the off-chance that I looked at these, based on a friend’s recommendation of his experience of Logitech gaming headsets (he owned a different model, but pointed me in the right direction, thankfully). Satisfied by the praise and largely positive/5 out-of-5 reviews, I took the plunge and purchased these from Amazon.

The item arrived much sooner than anticipated (thanks, Amazon!), and I was curious, if not, a little indifferent about what I would expect to find and hear.

The packaging and presentation of the headset inspired confidence that what was enclosed was of a high quality. With the contents fully unpacked, it was clear that Logitech had produced something truly exceptional and worth the modest price tag.

The headset feels of a very high build quality, definitely surpassing what you’d expect for this price bracket. There are several attachments, and ear pads, accompanied by a nice bag to ferry the headset and said accessories in. The clamping force is reassuring and comfortable, and I didn’t have to worry about the headset slipping off. The headset was very comfortable and I can imagine long gaming sessions not to be marred by a sore cranium. The headset doesn’t have any functional switches on the ear cups, enforcing the desired minimalistic design, other than the inline volume control dial, and mute switch. I find this design very pleasing and it means not having to scramble around with your hands looking to flick a switch, or adjust a dial mounted on an ear cup - this can be so distracting in-game.

Now in a state of excitement, but still reserving my judgement, I plugged the headset in to my PlayStation 4 Pro. I didn’t make any adjustments to the audio quality using Logitech’s software, which by the way, offers a myriad of customisation to both sound and mic. The out-of-the-box audio was stunning! I could tell from the off that this headset meant business and I was in for an audible feast. The sound is extremely well balanced, the soundstage vibrant, the bass punchy and present. I played CoD: Modern Warfare Remastered, and the headset breathed a new dimension into the game for me. As cliche as it sounds, I really could hear details not heard before, and I felt I was at an advantage now.

I am someone with very high expectations, and I can honestly say that this product meets and surpasses them in many respects. If you’re a little put off by the price, I’d say, take the plunge and invest in a high-quality, worth-every-penny product. I doubt you’ll regret it.

If you are buying this mid-July and have chosen this specifically because the Blue Mic sounds so good think twice. Logitech still has not released the proper software for this to work. Whereas they will work as normal headset and mic, there are no drivers or software support to take advantage of the microphone. Watching some reviews on youtube you will see that reviewers have the software and I had confirmed that Logitech provided that to them in a sort of beta version not to be shared with anyone, so normal consumers like you and me just sit here with a sort of useless headset,

Contacted logitech but the only thing I got back was them saying it was still not out and they didn't have a clue when it was going to be out. Great...

I got the steelseries arctis 7 wireless headset and thought the sound was good. However I returned it due to the poor microphone.

I got this a few days before release (thanks amazon) and omg. The sound is incredible but THE MIC... the mic is the best I've heard on a headset in a LONG time. You can download G-HUB to tweak loads of different settings depending on your use. Like compressor - de-esser, and a bunch of other stuff that audio pro's would love.

Straight out of the box plug and play it sounds amazing.

With G-HUB - its EVEN better.

Blue voice really enhances your voice to make it sounds super juicy and crisp. People don't complain they can hear me slapping my keyboard buttons anymore when playing games as it only picks your voice up.

Honestly SOOOOO good. 5/5

Alors il faudra que je le test sur un long long terme mais première déception, dès la première heure sur ma tête : le casque serre… il m'écrase la tête.

J'ai un tour de tête assez "large" (il faut que je trouve un mètre et mesure cela pour être précis) mais comparé à mon ancien HyperX Cloud, qui serrait déjà au bout d'une heure ou deux, celui-ci est encore pire.

A croire que tous les constructeurs ne se basent que sur des têtes minuscules pour développer leurs casques…

J'ai acheté ce casque pour une utilisation à 90% sur Xbox One X, il est branché sur une manette Razer Wolverine Ultimate (elle même filaire). Je fais des tests en ce moment avec divers jeux/médias mais si vous comptez l'utiliser sur autre chose qu'un PC, avec sa fonction Blue Voice, DTS et le système 7.1, cela ne me semble pas utile de payer 130€ pour ce casque… vu que toutes ces fonctions n'ont aucune utilité sur consoles/smartphone. (ce que je savais très bien, je ne l'ai pas acheté pour cela)

La qualité de fabrication est par contre exemplaire, il est magnifique : les finitions sont vraiment parfaites, le packaging est complet, ça sent le produit haut de gamme. Le son semble très très bon malgré tout mais manque cruellement de bases (je précise que je l'utilise de manière "classique" sur une Xbox One X, il doit en être tout autre chose sur un PC avec le DTS et 7.1) et malheureusement, aucune application n'est pensée pour consoles.

En résumé :
Mon seul regret est que, comme pour 90% des casques Gamer, il sert BEAUCOUP trop si l'on a un tour de tête imposant et je ne pense pas que cela changera avec le temps.

Après un mois d'utilisation intensive (+/- 3 heures par jour), je dois revenir sur mon premier avis.
J'ai expressément laisser le casque s'élargit durant plusieurs nuits, sur un dossier de divan, afin de voir s'il allait se donner et serrer un peu moins… ce n'est pas encore le cas, ça sert toujours à la tête mais je pense qu'il va encore bouger avec le temps. A voir dans 6 mois donc.

Par contre, au niveau du micro (je l'utilise sur One X) : le résultat semble bluffant pour ceux qui m'entendent parler !
Largement meilleur que mon ancien Hyper H Cloud apparement. Il filtre mieux les bruits ambiants et ma voix parait claire et nette et tout cela sans la technologie Blue Voice ! Donc il gagne un point.

L'autre différence actuelle : j'ai opté pour l'application Dolby Atmos sur Xbox One X et, croyez-moi ou non, sur un jeu tel que GEARS 5 (qui est en Dolby Atmos), c'est le jour et la nuit ! Point de DTS 7.1 sur consoles mais combiné à l'App, c'est un régal pour les oreilles, j'étais sceptique de payer 12€ pour cet ajout mais je ne le regrette pas. L'immersion est vraiment bonne, largement supérieur à ce que j'ai pu connaitre avec mon Hyper X (mais encore bien en dessous d'un vrai Hi-Res Audio, comme mon Sony MDR-1AB, certes pas prévu pour le gaming mais au niveau confort, il dépasse largement tous les casque gamer que j'ai pu avoir sur la tête)

Et en terme de jeu, j'ai pu le tester durant quelques longues sessions sur Call of Duty Blackout, où la provenance des sons est primordiale pour la survie (même si le jeu en lui même est loin d'être optimal sur ce point) : là aussi, c'est le jour et la nuit ! Il m'a fallut un petit moment d'adaptation mais la précision est bien là, j'étais bluffé d'aussi bien entendre et distinguer les bruits autour de moi, contrairement à mon ami qui utilise un TURTLE BEACH Stealth 600… (après, peut-être qu'il ne l'a pas bien configuré mais on n'entendait clairement pas la même chose au même moment !)

Bref, je monte la note d'une étoile : 4/5 (le fait qu'il serre trop aux grandes têtes reste pour moi toujours un problème avec de trop nombreux casques gamer… nous ne sommes pas tous des ados avec une petite tête !)
