This book is so well written and the things that he asks you to do are effective. I've learnt so much from this book and applied every aspect of it. My motivation, outlook on life and general perspective has become extremely positive. I'm no longer bogged down about gym and now enjoy going to gym a lot more than I have in the past 7 years. I've recommended this book to multiple friends even if its just to let them read specific chapters as there is something relevant in this book for everyone.
