I bought this book for the same reasons others are buying it, in an attempt to get to the full story, but it's very poorly written. Maybe she should have used a ghost writer. I'm very interested in the subject matter, but it's hard to get through the book because it's rife with errors and incomplete and run on sentences. Some of the times, she doesn't even bother to spell the victims' names correctly. She claims she did a lot of research but 98% of the book is taken right out of the discovery and the rest is conjecture and feels like BS. She didnt publish Chris's actual letters, which could have added some credibility.
If Ms. Cadle wants to continue writing about true crime, she should take some composition courses. The book is way overpriced for its content. I feel like I've been had!!
