'Left at the Gate' is honest, raw, heartfelt and unique.
Reading this book gave me a greater understanding of the grief and pain people suffer when they lose a loved one, and keys to helping people on that journey. Through her writing, Jillian gives the reader empathetic advice and exceptional wisdom from her own difficult journey. If you have lost a child or loved one, or know someone who has recently lost someone, then this book will be invaluable to you helping to navigate the journey ahead. The grief journey is a very individual and at times a very lonely walk. It's nice to be reminded you're not alone, as there are others who have walked the journey before.
