I found this book so informative and takes you from birth to high school in a way that is quite an addictive read. Got this for my Daughter that has just had her first son but found myself reading the whole book.
So much useful information for the new parent and written from a personal view that you end up following the girl's development through the years.
💯 Learn more Lovemore ; toddler to teen , by Christina Lovemore , is an absolute perfect piece of literary. Tips and tricks for parenting , or per se , healthy parenting is what hides in this book . There isn't something called as perfect parenting or perfect parents , but what is absolutely needed is healthy parenting for healthy children.
💯 To become a parent is a huge responsibility we all are aware of , it takes years for one to prepare and start a family , new parents are clueless about what to do and what not to do . The first sight of the baby , the first cry , the first smile , it's totally beautiful and worth . But things start turning upside down , when one has to take turns for diaper changing , feeding the baby , weaning , the disturbed sleep patterns , esp for moms , they are so sleep deprived that they barely have any time for themselves . Rightful parenting is what plays an immense role during the vital years of child's age.
Tantrums , attention seeking , stubbornness , fake crying and these days the children have started becoming phone addicts from childhood itself . This book is a perfect guide for incultivating disciplines and morals by parents to their children. Sometimes it's not presents that matter , it's mere presence that makes a child happy . Proper communication with children , understanding their needs , understanding their language and making an effort to give them the freedom to express themselves , from a tender age is utmost important. And then comes the teenage , the most difficult of them all . A tender age for girls and boys both , and the role of parents get tougher and toughest.
💯 I am really impressed with this book . I have actually never imagined there will ever be a need for people to get a guide for parenting , but i think now-a-days this has become a must. Parents themselves have become so occupied that they don't have time for their children and that's where things get messed up . I highly recommend this book for everyone.
