A good Book on Central Australia, Gold Prospecting and potential Mining. Some mysterious activities but that was the way of life long ago.

The must read Lassiter story.
Reviewed in the United States on 17 February 2016Verified Purchase
If you are a lover of Australian history this story will keep you interested to the end. This is a story of incredible stupidity and pure Aussie guts which resulted in death injury and no return for the effort. If you ever wanted to know what really happened on the Lassiter expedition, this is the book for you.
