The vignettes are good and pack a lot of detail. I actually wish there was not as much detail in the vignette so that the answers were so obvious. Also the vignettes are written in the following format: presentation of pt --> some sort of lab/imaging/histo finding --> what you are worried about --> how you treated. Because of this, they don't really leave room to use them as questions or to quiz yourself on the treatment, lab results, or other high yield information on the specific disease.

If you are looking for vignettes or cards that describe a presentation and then force you to remember the disease, treatment, lab findings, etc.... these are NOT the cards for you.
