This was the first time reading from this author, and I do have to say that this is literally the trifecta of books! There's romance, suspense, and hot men!!
Just from the first chapter I was hooked! I really loved the story of Jake and Ellie, how they met, their love for each other, and WHEW, all the HOT HOT HOT sex they have!
Then it happens. The first text comes through.
Who is this? Why are they trying to get to Ellie? What do they want?
Of course Jake and Owen (their undercover police officer friend) comes to the rescue and tries to track this creep down.
Jake is not going to let anything happen to Ellie. EVER!
There's a twist in the book you'd never see coming. The whole time you're thinking bout who could do this? And then BAM!!! It's all comes out!! There's a few other twists that happen as well, and you're like whoa, I didn't see that coming!
Owen and Ellie go on the run, in protective custody. Jake knows something's not right, can he stop it from happening in time to save Ellie?
