Great addition to the Kirby franchise for new and old players of this adorable pink blob.
The gameplay itself is similar to Mario Odyssey, and I am loving the mouthful copy abilities in this version, who doesn’t want to become a car, or a staircase to smoosh your enemies?

There are 2 difficulty levels to pick between, an easier gameplay level where you have more health, or a normal gameplay level where you get more coins during play (used for upgrading your copy abilities, or buying potions and food for health).
You can switch between difficulty levels at any time, so you’re not stuck if you’re finding it too easy or difficult on the level you choose.

All in all, an adorable, no stress game that you can play alone or in co-op with another person.

Unbelievable amount of levels and ingenious designs, you can’t go wrong here. Just the right amount of difficulty to keep you trying without losing your temper. It’s beautifully drawn, the music and sounds are perfect and has the addictive quality all games should possess. Thoroughly enjoying this game and you will too.

I purchased this for the couch coop experience. I was the second player who played as a low budget kirby known as a waddle-dee. It was kind of fun poking enemies with my stick but I couldn't transform like kirby.

When this first came out i didnt think i would buy it (never played a kirby game before), but after playing mainly metroidvanias this year i felt i needed a much more relaxed gaming experience. And it is exactly what i hoped for. Even as an adult i have to go back and do some levels a couple of times to 100% completely them with little secrets and hidey spots. Definitley an easy game in general, but not too childish that adults cant enjoy it.
Just an overall bright and lively experience, even most of the enemies are cute you sorta feel bad having to kill them 😅

I can't remember the last time I played a Kirby game, but it was an absolute blast playing Forgotten Land. It's always great when a game can feel familiar and yet new at the same time. Even in 3D Kirby is still one of my favorite Nintendo games.
