Product Description

Dark. Mysterious. Gorgeous.
Loved by all the girls.
Respected by all the guys.
...that was Kian Maston.

As the heir to a billion dollar empire, his future was promising until the day he saved my life. Everything changed for both of us, and there was one more word that could be used to describe him—dangerous.

The nation fell in love with him while falling in hate with me. He was sent to prison, and as far as they were concerned, it was my fault. I was forced to go into hiding until today.

Kian's being released from prison, and he should go back to being the golden boy he always was supposed to be. I should remain in hiding, living my life as normal as could be.

That's what we should do...

As with any book by Tijan, I could not put this down.
I was hooked from the start and was desperate to find out exactly what had happened in the past, and how the story would end.

Jo was such an awesome character. Your heart goes out to her for what she endured, yet she doesn't let that define *who* she is. Yes she needs to hide, but she's so strong and lives her life - making good friends and falling for guys..

Then there's Kian. What can I say about him? He has become one of my all time fave book boyfriends. He saved Jo and endured prison without it changing *who* he is. I loved him right from the start and never stopped. He wasn't perfect, but he never did anything that annoyed me or pissed me off.

Words can't begin to describe the connection between Jo and Kian. They've shared this horrible experience that changed both of their lives, and not for the better, yet that connection is constant and never wavering as they meet again after his release.

Absolutely loved this book, I only wish there were more. Maybe a sequel?? Please??

This was a quick read but I enjoyed it Kian was dark and mysterious a bit of a loner bit of a bad boy hot as hell and Jordan/Jo was running hiding her identity and trying to escape her past but these things always catch up and this time was no different the chemistry was hot from the 2 MC's and the writing flowed nicely a little bit of drama and angst not to much and a nice HFN I say that cause there was no epilogue and to me it's open if Tijan ever wants to write more which I hopes she does!!!!

I was lucky to be gifted with this book. Tijan never fail to deliver. From the moment I started reading, I couldn't or wouldn't want to put it down. Great read but I don't mind more of Kian. The only drawback for me is that the book is more about Jordan rather than Kian unless Tijan has more in store in the future. Will definitely recommend it.

It's now 00:54, and I need to get up for work at 05:00... Enough said?

There's not a hell of a lot of steam, but there's a solid flow with great characters.

I would have loved for this to be longer - have the opportunity to flesh people and situations out a little bit more, but a goodie all round :)

I absolutely loved this book! This book, like all of Tijan's books, hooked me in and didn't let me go until I read "The End". It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time and I seriously didn't want to put it down once I started reading it. This is the definition of something good coming from something evil!

So unlike any Tijan I have read before. This book was surprisingly drama free. Missing were the delinquent teens with money to burn and parents who didn't care.
I really enjoyed this book.
